Your order's journey, step by step
Every US order follows the same path. Here's what each stage means and how long it usually takes:
Order confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email within minutes. Didn't get it? Check spam, then email us.
Packed & quality-checked
Your 2-pack is checked and packed. You'll get a shipping email with your tracking number.
In transit
Your package moves through the carrier network. Tracking can pause for up to 24h between scans — that's normal.
Out for delivery → delivered
Your Skinas arrive at your door. Total time from order to delivery: typically 3–5 business days.
Where's my tracking number?
Three places to look:
- Your "Your order has shipped!" email — the tracking number is the long code near the top (also check spam/promotions folders).
- Your order confirmation email — once shipped, the "View your order" link shows live tracking too.
- Still nothing after 2 business days? Email help@skinaclothing.com with the name and email you ordered with — we'll send your tracking link directly.
Tracking questions, answered
My tracking hasn't updated in a while — is something wrong?
Usually not. Carriers sometimes skip scans between facilities, so tracking can sit still for up to 24–48 hours while your package keeps moving. If it hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier for you.
My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have it.
First, check around your door, mailbox, porch, and with household members or neighbors — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a few hours early. If it hasn't appeared within 24 hours, email help@skinaclothing.com and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it, but we'll help you sort out the next steps.
How long does delivery take in total?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and typically arrive anywhere in the US within 3–5 business days of ordering, with full tracking.
My package arrived damaged.
We're sorry — email us a photo of the package and its contents along with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or a refund right away. You won't need to return a damaged item at your own cost.
Package acting weird? We're on it.
Send us your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you — you shouldn't have to sit on hold with the postal service.
