RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Skina Clothing we stand behind our product. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different size, in accordance with the terms below.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have thirty (30) days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this 30-day window may not be accepted.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn (trying them on is fine), unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must include its original packaging where possible.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, items that show clear signs of extended wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email us at help@skinaclothing.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or a size exchange.
2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and simple instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Change of mind / wrong size ordered: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost. You will not be asked to pay to return a faulty or wrong item, and in many cases we will not require the item to be returned at all.

5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at help@skinaclothing.com.

Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the right size is to request an exchange. Once we confirm your return is on its way back with valid tracking, we will ship the replacement size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us at help@skinaclothing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received an approved refund yet: (1) check your bank account again; (2) contact your credit card company, as posting times vary; (3) contact your bank, as processing time is often required. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help@skinaclothing.com and we will resolve it.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your place of residence. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or return that is broader than this policy, that statutory right prevails.
