This Privacy Policy explains how Skina Clothing ("Skina", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or place an order.

As we are established in Spain, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), regardless of where you are located. If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy legislation, additional rights described in Section 10 may apply to you.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
We may collect the following personal data:
a) Data you provide directly:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping and billing address.
- Order data: products purchased, order value, order history.
- Communications: the content of emails or messages you send to our support team.
b) Data collected automatically:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, and interactions with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
c) Payment data:
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do NOT collect or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. We receive only confirmation of payment, the payment method type, and limited transaction data needed to fulfill and support your order.
3. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
- To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, and provide customer support. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To prevent fraud and secure our website and transactions. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- To analyze site performance and improve our products and website. Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or consent for non-essential cookies.
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
- Order and invoicing data: kept for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years).
- Customer support communications: up to 3 years after the last interaction.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Technical/analytics data: according to the retention periods of the cookies used (see Section 8).
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We share personal data only with service providers that need it to operate the store ("data processors"), including:
- E-commerce platform and website hosting providers.
- Payment processors (to process your payment securely).
- Shipping carriers and logistics partners (to deliver your order; they receive your name, address, email and/or phone for delivery purposes).
- Email service providers (to send transactional and, where consented, marketing emails).
- Analytics providers.

As we serve customers in the United States and use service providers that may be located outside the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred internationally. 10. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS FOR US RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). 11. CHILDREN
Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated on the website.
