SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how, where, and when we ship your Skina Leggings order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is supported where the carrier allows it; if a specific address cannot be served, we will contact you before shipping. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (e.g., major sales or holidays), processing may take up to 48 hours; if a longer delay affects your order, we will notify you by email.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days from the date your order ships. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 3-5 business days, and in some cases up to 6 business days including processing. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith; actual delivery may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can also track your package at any time using the "Track My Order" page on our website. Note that tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after the shipping email is sent.
6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email help@skinaclothing.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update the address only while the order has not yet shipped. Orders returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer can be reshipped; a reshipping fee may apply.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Tracking not updating: carrier tracking can pause for 24-48 hours between scans. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not received: check around your delivery location, your mailbox, and with household members or neighbors. If the package has not appeared within 24 hours of the delivery scan, contact us. After investigating with the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for packages confirmed lost.
- Lost in transit: if the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will reship your order or refund you in full - your choice.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, email help@skinaclothing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not be asked to cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can modify or cancel orders only before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In rare cases, an order may ship in more than one package. If so, you will receive tracking information for each package, at no extra cost to you.
