Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, not to transmit malicious code, and not to attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for legitimate reasons.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We sell apparel products, currently the Skina Leggings 2-pack. Product descriptions, colors, and images are presented as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and production batches. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or customer and to discontinue any product at any time.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Skina Leggings are a compression garment. Their sculpting, smoothing, and lifting effect is visual and temporary, lasting only while the garment is worn. Skina Leggings do not cause weight loss, fat reduction, or any permanent change to the body, and they are not a medical device. Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Where applicable, taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase; the total shown on the final checkout screen is the amount you will be charged.
Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details. If a payment cannot be authorized or is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may cancel the order and notify you.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to: pricing or product description errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify payment, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, with tracking. Full details, including what to do about lost or delayed packages, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carrier performance is outside our direct control.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional prices (for example, a discounted price shown alongside a higher reference price) are valid only for the stated period or while the promotion is active. Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website - including the Skina name, logo, product designs, text, photographs, graphics, and page layouts - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us (including via email or social media tags), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and marketing, and you confirm the content is your own and does not infringe third-party rights. We only publish customer reviews from genuine orders and we may moderate content that is unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent, but we do not suppress reviews merely for being negative.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for the express commitments in these Terms and our policies, and except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order or use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer rights of your place of residence.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country or state of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows. Consumers residing in the European Union may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the store.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect.
